Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Coaching & Advies Geluk ('Coach', 'we', 'us') and any person ('Client', 'you') who books or uses our coaching services. By booking a session you agree to these terms.

1 About us

Coaching & Advies Geluk is a sole trader registered in the Netherlands. Contact: info@innerfortune.nl · +31 6 44 29 59 78 · Amsterdam, Netherlands.

2 Services

We offer personal coaching in the following areas:

• Relationship coaching — for individuals and couples
• Work coaching — career growth and work-life balance
• Business coaching — strategy and entrepreneurship
• Financial coaching — money mindset and financial wellbeing

Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or legal advice. If you require professional clinical support, we will refer you to the appropriate services.

3 Bookings & payments

Sessions are booked via the contact form or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us. Session fees are communicated prior to booking and are payable in advance by bank transfer or the agreed payment method. Prices are stated in euros and may be subject to Dutch VAT where applicable.

4 Cancellation & rescheduling

We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is:

• More than 48 hours' notice — free cancellation or rescheduling
• 24–48 hours' notice — 50% of the session fee is charged
• Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show — 100% of the session fee is charged

In exceptional circumstances (serious illness, emergency) we will always try to find a reasonable solution. Please contact us as soon as possible.

5 Refund policy

If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or, at your preference, a rescheduled session at no extra cost. Refunds for sessions cancelled by the Client are subject to the cancellation policy above. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

6 Confidentiality

Everything discussed in coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. We will not share your personal information or session content with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law (e.g. immediate risk of harm to yourself or others).

7 Client responsibilities

To get the most from coaching, you agree to:

• Attend sessions on time and be present and engaged
• Communicate openly and honestly
• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions
• Notify us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule

8 Limitation of liability

Coaching & Advies Geluk provides coaching services in good faith, but cannot guarantee specific results. Coaching outcomes depend largely on the Client's own commitment and effort. To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the session(s) directly related to the claim.

9 Intellectual property

Any materials, worksheets, or resources provided during sessions remain the intellectual property of Coaching & Advies Geluk. They are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared commercially without our prior written consent.

10 Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

11 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
